Una vez hecha la reserva a través del motor web, recibirá un correo electrónico confirmando la validez de la misma junto con toda la información correspondiente. Si no recibe la confirmación de la reserva o si algún dato de la confirmación es incorrecto, póngase en contacto con el restaurante.

En el caso en el que se le haya solicitado una tarjeta de garantía a la hora de realizar la reserva, recibirá un mail y un sms donde deberá reconfirmar o cancelar la reserva en los enlaces habilitados a tal efecto. Su reserva sólo estará garantizada cuando ésta haya sido reconfirmada.
